Aalto University in Espoo, Finland has chosen PICOPLATFORM™ cluster to top up the equipment pool of Micronova Nanofabrication Centre. The new ALD cluster tool is a part of the on-going investment program to enhance the nanofabrication capabilities at Micronova, Finland’s National Research Infrastructure for micro- and nanotechnology research (www.micronova.fi). |
