Picosun opens new headquarters in the United States
To better serve our North American customers, Picosun has opened a new office located in the historic Dime Building in Detroit, Michigan, USA. The Dime Building is a 23-story neo-classical structure in the heart of Detroit's downtown business district. It was constructed in 1912-13 and extensively renovated in 2002.
Joining our team as General Manager of U.S. Operations is Charles L. Dezelah. Dr. Dezelah received a Ph.D. in 2004 from Wayne State University and worked as a post-doctoral fellow studying ALD at Helsinki University of Technology during 2004-2007, over which he has examined numerous processes for materials as diverse as metastable low-valent metal oxides, transition metal nitrides, and high permittivity oxides.
"It is an exciting opportunity for me. I feel that ALD over the past few years has carried my career through a number of adjacent, related areas: first precursor development, then process development, now tool development and business." states Dr. Dezelah.
