Buyer, Finland – Kirkkonummi, Masala
Picosun is now looking for a motivated, independent Buyer with financial and warehouse management experience. As a buyer, you are responsible for the acquisition of purchase requisitions in orders (PO), for tracking status confirmations, for purchasing invoices, for the accuracy of inventory, and for informing the manager on PO status. The work position is a permanent. Workplace is at Masalantie 365, Kirkkonummi. The open position will be filled as soon as suitable candidate is found.
- Technical or commercial education, B Sc., Business Administration, vocational or corresponding
- Experience in the procurement environment
- Knowledge of ERP systems (preferably in Navision, Netsuite)
- Practical skills for inventory and maintenance of storage balances in the ERP system
- Accuracy and diligence in details
- Skill to work independently according to guidance
- Ability to complete agreed tasks
- Fluent use of MS Office programs
- Flexibility in working time
- Fluency in English and in Finnish, both spoken and written
