    Service agreements

    All Picosun customers have access to Picosun Support. In addition, we offer a number of different service level agreements to fit your specific needs.  With the selected package you can affect the response time over emails, phone or remote connection and include on-site field service engineer visits and spare part discounts being part of your package.

    Installation and Upgrades

    We ensure a smooth installation to get your ALD system in operation without unnecessary delays and continuous excellent system performance after the installation. That's why the installation is always performed by a trained and certified Picosun engineer or an authorized Picosun service partner. Picosun ALD systems are versatile and upgradeable after the installation in many ways, such as by adding the precursor heating system known as Picohot or the precursor system PicosolutionTM 600 for liquid precursors.

    Helpdesk

    Picosun Helpdesk service offers efficient and high-quality support for technical questions and troubleshooting during office hours. Remote support takes advantage of the latest technology with mixed and augmented reality that enable sharing live video, snapshots, annotations and screen view. Picosun Emergency service, an extension to non-critical support of Helpdesk services, offers 24/7/365 support for critical incidents with a first response time of less than 60 minutes.

    On-site support

    Sometimes remote access or phone calls aren’t enough, but on-site troubleshooting or maintenance is needed. This is done by our highly skilled service engineers or other support personnel located near you to meet your requirements in a timely manner.

    Training

    Get the most out of your ALD system with Picosun training programs. Our trainings are meant for system operators and maintenance engineers to ensure safe and efficient operation of the equipment.

    Precursor chemicals

    Need assistance with procurement of precursor chemicals and chemical refills? No problem. We have a strong collaboration with the leading chemical suppliers to ensure high quality chemical services for you with safe and easy filling and shipping of the precursors and their containers.

    Spare parts

    You have access to spare parts and consumables through our Helpdesk.
